Table Top Conveyors are engineered for a variety of applications such as transporting, merging, diverting, or accumulating many different sized packaged products, cans, bottles, cartons, plastic containers, cases and more.

Specifications:

Open Top: Hot rolled mild steel with “Steel-it” grey color or stainless steel

Modular: Drive and Idler Ends with Intermediate sections with 30, 45, and 90 degree Curves

Specials: Inline transfers, parallel transfers, copes

Frames: 5.5” to 8” depth, 6” to 12.5” width

Wearstrips: UHMW clip-on or brass, steel, anti-static

Guide Rails: Brackets are adjustable slotted steel “L” brackets, Rails are stainless steel with round or flat UHMW

Lengths:

• 1’-0” and 3’-0” Idle Ends
• 3’-0” Drive Ends
• Curves are 24” radius with 6” tangents

Chain Widths: 3.25”, 4.5”, 7.5”, 10”, 12” and dual @ 7.5”

Chain Types: Straight running and side flexing which allows the chain to be continuous through curves and straight

Chain Material: LF Plastic, HP Plastic, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel
