There are five different structural framing system options available to meet your specific load and application needs:
The “Bolted C-Section” Option:
- For small to medium size mezzanines
- Load capacities up to 200 lbs/SF
- Spans up to 20’ one direction, but limited to 10’ other way
Advantages:
– Cost effective, cosmetically appealing, shorter lead time
*Limitation is spans over 20′
The “Beam and C-Section” Option:
- For small to medium size mezzanines
- Load capacities up to 200 lbs/SF
- Spans up to 20’ both directions
Advantages:
– Cost effective, larger spans, shorter lead time
*Limitation is spans over 20′
The “Beam and Beam” Option:
- For small to medium size mezzanines
- Load capacities not limited
- Spans not limited
Advantages:
– Low composite height, unlimited load capacity, shorter lead time
*Limitation is cost factor
The “Beam and Bar Joist” Option:
- For medium to large size mezzanines
- Load capacities up to 300 lbs/SF
- Spans not limited
Advantages:
– Wide spans, easy to install (mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler) in one direction
* Limitation is composite height
The “Truss Girder and Bar Joist” Option:
- For large size mezzanines
- Load capacities up to 300 lbs/SF
- Spans not limited
Advantages:
– Wide spans, easy to install (mechanical eletrical, and sprinkler) both directions
Options:
- Decking: Roof Deck and Resin Board or Steel Grating
- A selection of Stairs and Handrails to meet specific codes

- Steel components for installation requires no drilling, cutting or welding
- Connections with high strength, zinc plated bolts
