Lineshaft Live Roller Conveyors:

Lineshaft live roller conveyors combine low pressure accumulation with other conveyor application needs such as transportation and assembly.

Curves, merges, spurs, and transfers can be a part of the system without additional drives.

• Light Duty Lineshaft Conveyors:

– 1-3/8” diameter x 18 guage rollers with 5/16” hex axles
– 2-1/4”, 3”, 4-1/2”, and 6” roller centers
– 9-1/2” to 27-1/2” between frames width, 12” to 30” overall width
– Temperature usage is between 32 and 140 degree F
– Load capacity is 15 lbs per tread roller
– Line speeds from 20 to 120 FPM
– Components that can be added to system using only one drive:

• Curves, 30, 45, 90 and 180 degree with 39” inside radii
• Merges at 30 and 45 degree
• 90 degree Urethane Belt Transfers, air operated/lineshaft driven
• Gates, air assisted and counterbalanced
• Roller Switches, air operated/lineshaft driven
• Air operated pressure stops, blade and roller stops
• Air logic zero pressure zone accumulation
• Air logic work station zones

• Medium Duty Lineshaft Conveyors:

– 1.9” diameter rollers x 16 gauge roller with 7/16” hex axles
– 2-1/4”, 3”, 4-1/2” and 6” roller centers
– 9-1/2” to 45-1/2” between frames width, 12” to 48” overall width
– Temperature usage is between 32 and 140 degree F
– Load capacity is 15 lbs per tread roller (call for higher capacities)
– Line speeds from 20 to 120 FPM
– Components that can be added to system using only one drive:

• Curves, 30, 45, 90 and 180 degree with 39” inside radii
• Merges at 30 and 45 degree
• 90 degree Urethane Belt Transfers, air operated/lineshaft driven
• Gates, air assisted and counterbalanced
• Roller Switches, air operated/lineshaft driven
• Air operated pressure stops, blade and roller stops

• Heavy Duty Lineshaft Conveyors:

– 2-1/2” diameter rollers x 14 gauge roller with 11/16” hex axles
– 3”, 6” and 9” roller centers
– 21” to 57” between frames width, 24” to 60” overall width
– Temperature usage is between 32 and 140 degree F
– Load capacity is 75 lbs per tread roller (call for higher capacities)
– Line speeds from 20 to 60 FPM
– Components that can be added, but with dedicated drives:

• Curves, 30, 45, and 90 degree with 60” inside radii
• Merges at 30 and 45 degree
• 90 degree Urethane Belt Transfers, air operated
• Air operated pressure stops, blade and roller stops

*Caution*
If oil, water, corrosive liquids or abrasive material contact the drive
components it can altar or destroy the frictional characteristics of
the drive components of the equipment and cause malfunctions.
Avoid sticky conditions as drive components will no longer allow
accumulation.
